At Bay, construction has transitioned from foundations into active superstructure work, with the main framework steadily climbing upward. At the same time, initial interior finishing has begun across villas and residences, introducing early details to the living spaces.
In the next quarter, structural work will continue to progress, while interior finishing across the villas and apartments will advance further, laying the groundwork for future handover preparations.
