The award, a joint initiative by the Watani Al Emarat Foundation and the Dubai Sports Council, was presented by HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum to Omar Khoory, Chief Assets Officer.

The accolade highlights our longstanding commitment to supporting and promoting sports, fitness and wellbeing, and recognising talented sportsmen and women who act as role models to future sporting greats.

Sports facilities are integral to our master plans under our pledge to provide a healthy, balanced and holistic lifestyle for the 300,000 residents at our communities. We also continue to support, sponsor and host prestigious, international sporting events such as the recent UAE Tour and government initiatives like the annual Dubai Fitness Challenge.
